The White Collar Crime Division reviews and considers for prosecution complaints of financial crimes that occur in St. Louis County. At present, the division consists of three assistant prosecuting attorneys who receive warrant applications from any of the various police departments in the County that investigates this type of crime. The division prosecutes such crimes as embezzlement, various tax crimes under Missouri tax law, and fraud including fraudulent merchandising and frauds involving construction contracting. test
